Change the display of the Neo Freerunner

Hi everyone,
Is there anybody who have any information about the possibility to change
the display of the Neo Free Runner? As it has a really good pitch, it could
be easily be replaced by a bigger screen, at the same resolution or even
perhaps with an other resolution...
Anyone?
